Proposed rate hike for NFBWA in MUD #131: The NFBWA Board is holding a hearing on December 19, 2019, at 6:00 PM at the Willow Fork Country Club, 21055 Westheimer Parkway, Katy, TX 77450 to consider and vote on an increase to its groundwater pumpage fee. Public comments are welcomed.
There will regular trash collection on Wednesday and Saturday for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.

Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 131 adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year’s tax rate and the tax rate will effectively be raised by 226.32 percent and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $602.00.*
*The tax rate for debt service decreased by 50.0% and the overall tax rate remained the same at $1.05. See Tax Information under Resources tab.
